Introduction
The Student Onboarding App is a secure and efficient tool that enables our partner schools to submit attestation forms to Akron Children's. Through this app, partners can track progress and view results of onboarding tasks. Partners can use this portal to access detailed information about task status, such as submission date, completion date, and status. Additionally, partners can quickly and easily view the results of the onboarding process, such as acceptance or rejection of the student's application, and the student's credentials for access to systems at Akron Children's. The Student Onboarding App ensures students are successfully onboarded and the process is completed accurately and timely.
Submit New Attestation Forms
Tap the 'Submit new form' button to start creating an attestation form. Enter details about the student placement and then start adding students.
Track Status of Submitted Forms
The Attestation Forms list can help you to determine the status of your submitted forms. Check the list to see if your forms have been processed.
Download Student Credentials
Click on the 'View Details' button from the Attestation Forms list to be able to access and download the details of the students and their system credentials.
